Who said local was healthy?

 

Burgers

1.5 lbs ground beef

1 egg

1/4 c milk

paprika
nutritional yeast
mustard powder
salt
pepper
hot sauce
Other spices and flavorings

1 cup bread crumbs

Mix everything except bread crumbs together in a big bowl with your hands. Add the crumbs and mix until there is not extra liquid at all. It should be the thickness of playdough. Form into patties and let them sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Grill pan fry for 5 or 6 minutes on one side, flip and? finish cooking. Make sure they are cooked in the middle
