2012 Applications, Contracts and Market Regulations now available. If you would like to join us as a vendor, community group or busker, please read the Rules and Regulations first. All files are in .pdf format. Vendor application for Agricultural, Backyard Grower, Prepared Food, and Craft / Home-based Business If you are bringing any food product except whole fruits and vegetables, please review the Interior Health Authority's (IHA) Guidelines. For some food products it maybe necessary to get IHA approval. It is your responsibility to have permission BEFORE you come to market. Please keep in mind that permits / letters of authorization can take 2-3 weeks to be processed. To help keep market operating costs low we ask that if you are applying to attend both Wednesday and Saturday markets, please enclose a photocopy of your application, in addition to the original. As well, please complete two copies of the contract, and submit them with your application. We will return one copy to you with either your approval letter or on your first day at market. Finally, if you have the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat reader, it does permit you to fill in the forms, sign and save them to your computer for printing, etc. Volunteering Are you enthusiatic about the Kamloops' Regional Farmers' Market? Help out as a volunteer. Commitment can be as little as 5 hours a month. Volunteer efforts are recognized with produce and baking donations from vendors. Interested?
